Paso Robles Wine Merchant is a Wine Shop, Bar, & Restaurant offering local and sustainably-farmed wines, farm-to-table food, cheese boards, and Paso Robles wines by the glass and bottle.

Our seasonal, farm-to-table menu focuses on fresh ingredients sourced locally including artisanal grilled cheeses, pasta made locally by Etto Pastificio, seasonal salads, and cheese boards featuring a curated selection of California cheeses. Fresh oysters, shucked to order, from Grassy Bar Oyster Co. in Morro Bay are available on the weekends. Local wines are offered by the glass or bottle. Our Bottle Shop and our Wine Club offer unique and hard to find wines that reflect estate/small producers and sustainably-farmed wines from Paso Robles and the Central Coast as well as a curated selection of International wines.
