Inspired by their immersive travels and love for ramen, Chefs Mateo Rogers & Brittney Yracheta are bringing Japanese soul food to Paso Robles with Momotaro Ramen Bar. They had long searched for the perfect bowl of ramen in SLO County but to no avail, sparking their desire to serve the simple yet pleasurable comfort of ramen to the community. Momotaro Ramen Bar will source their ingredients from local farmers, procuring the best seasonal food items available. All to achieve the harmony and balance of the perfect bowl of Japanese ramen.
